The Monarch Larva Monitoring Project (MLMP) is an initiative of the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at the University of Minnesota, in the United States. This citizen science project has helped collect priceless knowledge regarding monarch biology and the conditions under which they breed.
Monarch Mission is inspired by the MLMP. The data collected by both projects will be combined in order to co-ordinate and derive maximum benefit from monarch conservation efforts.
We wish to thank Karen Oberhauser and her team for their support and their generosity in sharing the resources they have developed. We are pleased to join the movement launched by the MLMP!
